Rates are in Euro per person per night with a minimum stay of 7 nights, including breakfast and local taxes.

Supplements are applicable for short-stays.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation up to 3 month before arrival date: no cancellation fee

Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival date: 40% of the agreed rate

Cancellation up to 1 week before arrival date: 70% of the agreed rate

Cancellation in the last week before arrival date: 90% of the agreed rate

In case of late arrival or early departure the full amount is payable!
